The Story of
The Thriving You, PLLC
All of us are no strangers to change. And so, it is fitting that The Thriving You, PLLC has been created from a phase of life of change. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have trained and worked in a variety of mental health care settings, each teaching me more about how I can serve my clients and more about the adaptations necessary to expand and deepen my skills as a therapist.
The Thriving You, PLLC has been envisioned over the past twenty years as an experiential service that focuses on the journey toward growth and one's optimal quality of life. Only until recently has the timing, knowing, and need all aligned to this launching point.
We are here with honor and gratitude to help you. Our team offers a variety of modalities and clinical experiences that allow us to tailor sessions to facilitate progress and strengthen confidence in the process. I welcome you and wish you well as you decide on beginning with a therapist that will help you meet your personal goals.

We proudly offer both in person and telehealth service options. In person testing options are available.
